What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM: you provide a design (CAD file, drawing or reference bottle) and we manufacture to your specification. ODM: you provide a brief or concept, and our design team creates the shape before manufacturing. Both result in client mold ownership and brand exclusivity.
How do you protect my design?
We sign an NDA before reviewing any design files or drawings. Mold ownership is documented in a formal agreement before tooling begins. We do not produce the same tooling for any third party — your design stays exclusive to your brand.
What is the MOQ for OEM cosmetic glass?
MOQ is 3,000 pieces per style for both stock-mold OEM and custom ODM orders. This is a clear, published minimum — no hidden conditions or volume-dependent exceptions for standard orders.
What is the timeline from brief to bulk delivery?
Stock-mold OEM with custom decoration: sample in 7–15 working days, bulk in 30–45 days after approval. Custom ODM with new tooling: sample in 15–20 working days after design approval, bulk in 45–60 days. We reply to every inquiry with a precise timeline within 1 business day.
Do you handle export documentation?
Yes. We handle all standard export documentation from Jiangxi, China, including certificates of origin, packing lists and commercial invoices. For Middle East and Gulf market shipments, additional compliance documentation is available.
