Quartz Sand Origin · Production Advantage

Pingxiang sits at the heart of China's high-grade quartz sand belt — the primary raw material for cosmetic glass. Manufacturing here, at the source, means shorter supply chain, lower material cost, and more consistent glass quality — an advantage coastal factories cannot replicate.

Our Facility

One facility.
Full production cycle.

Our facility at Luxi Industrial Park covers the complete manufacturing cycle — from raw glass materials through to export-ready packed cartons. No processes are handled outside this building.

Glass Forming

From molten glass
to finished bottle.

Glass forming at our facility uses mold-blown manufacturing — the standard for cosmetic glass packaging. Each bottle is formed at high temperature, then annealed for strength and dimensional stability.

  • Mold-blown glass forming — tolerances held to ±0.3mm on critical dimensions.
  • Dimensional checks run at the forming station — not retrospectively after cooling.
  • Mold ownership documented in writing before tooling begins. Transferable.

In-House Decoration

All decoration
on our floor.

Silk printing, hot stamping, electroplating, and spraying all run at our own facility under one roof. One lead time, one quality standard, one point of contact.

  • Multiple hot-stamp presses — individually numbered and calibrated. hot-stamp press No.3 visible in our facility photos.
  • Multiple silk-screen printing units — silk-screen units No.6 & 12 and more. Ink mixed to Pantone reference on-site.
  • Laser precision alignment — green laser registration for all decoration positions.
  • No outsourcing — every decoration process runs in-house. No external handoffs, no split lead times.

Quality Inspection

Six checkpoints.
Documented on request.

We inspect at six stages. The point of staged inspection is to catch defects where they are generated — not after they have been compounded by subsequent steps. A QC report is available for every bulk order. Third-party inspection accepted at any stage.

1
Raw Material Testing

Quartz sand and batch materials tested for iron content and purity before any production run begins.

Pre-forming
2
Forming & Dimensional Check

Height, neck bore, wall thickness checked at the forming station. Tolerances ±0.3mm.

At forming
3
Visual & Defect Screening

Each bottle compared against the approved golden sample under standardised lighting.

Post-forming
4
Decoration Inspection

Print registration, foil adhesion, colour accuracy, and frosting uniformity checked against signed standard.

Post-deco
5
Assembly & Leak Testing

Closures torque-tested. Pumps leak-tested. Dip tube length verified against approved drawing.

Assembly
6
Pre-Shipment AQL

Statistical sample drawn from packed order. QC report issued and shared before shipment leaves.
